Why should I hire you instead of booking the trip myself?
There are plenty of places to book a vacation online. What I provide is guidance.
I take the time to learn what’s important to you before I ever recommend a destination or resort. Instead of leaving you to compare dozens of options that all look similar, I’ll explain the differences, answer your questions honestly, and help you choose the vacation that truly fits your travel style, priorities, and budget.
I want you to feel confident about your decision, not wonder if there was a better option after you’ve already booked.
What makes your planning process different?
For me, it starts with listening.
Before I begin researching, I want to understand what you’re hoping this vacation feels like, who you’re traveling with, what’s most important to you, and where you’re comfortable investing your vacation budget.
Once I understand those things, I do the research for you and present options that make sense for your trip instead of sending a long list of possibilities to sort through yourself.
Will you tell me if you don’t think something is the right fit?
Absolutely. I’d much rather have an honest conversation than recommend something I don’t believe you’ll love.
Sometimes that means adjusting expectations, looking at a different destination, changing travel dates, or increasing the budget to match the experience you’re hoping for. My goal isn’t simply to book a trip. It’s to help you make a decision you’ll be happy with once you arrive.
I’ve narrowed it down to a few resorts. Can you help me choose?
Yes! This is one of my favorite parts of the planning process.
Many resorts look similar online, but the experience can be completely different once you’re there. I’ll help you understand the differences in atmosphere, dining, beaches, rooms, service, and overall value so you can feel confident you’re choosing the right one.
I don’t know where I want to go yet. Is that okay?
Of course. Some clients come to me knowing exactly which resort they want. Others simply know they need a vacation.
Either way works.
We’ll start with your travel dates, budget, who you’re traveling with, and what you want your vacation to look like. From there, I’ll help narrow the possibilities together.
Why do you ask so many questions before making recommendations?
Because the more I know about you, the better your vacation will be.
The same resort isn’t right for every traveler. I want to understand how you like to travel, what you enjoy, what you’ve loved (or disliked) on past vacations, and what matters most to you before I begin researching.
Those conversations help me recommend vacations that truly fit instead of simply checking boxes.
You mention staying in touch before and during travel. What does that look like?
I don’t disappear after you book.
You’ll hear from me throughout the planning process with important reminders, travel information, payment deadlines, and anything else you need to know before departure.
I also check in while you’re traveling because I want to know everything is going smoothly. If something unexpected happens, you’ll already know who to call.
Can you help if we’re traveling with children?
Absolutely.
As a mom of three, I understand firsthand that family vacations require a little more planning than simply picking a beautiful resort.
From finding accommodations that work well for larger families to recommending resorts with activities everyone will enjoy, I’ll help you plan a vacation that’s enjoyable for both kids and adults.
Why do you enjoy planning destination weddings so much?
Because I genuinely enjoy getting to know my couples.
Planning a destination wedding isn’t just about booking travel. Throughout the planning process, we build a relationship as we work through decisions together, coordinate guest travel, and prepare for one of the biggest celebrations of your lives.
Watching everything come together is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
How has your background in corporate travel helped your clients?
Before moving into leisure travel, I worked as a corporate travel advisor.
That experience gave me a strong understanding of airline schedules, ticketing, routing, and the logistics of air travel. It’s knowledge I still rely on today when helping clients coordinate flights and navigate unexpected travel disruptions.
What if my budget doesn’t match my wish list?
That’s a conversation we’ll have together.
Sometimes a small adjustment in destination, travel dates, or resort can make a big difference. Other times, increasing the budget may be the best way to create the experience you’re hoping for.
I’ll always be honest with you and help you find the solution that makes the most sense.
What do you hope your clients remember after working with you?
I hope they remember how easy the planning process felt.
I want my clients to leave for vacation feeling prepared, return home with wonderful memories, and know they had someone looking out for them every step of the way.
